Zetsylook DMCA Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Zetsylook has adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement. We reserve the right to:

  1. Block access to or remove any material that we believe infringes on copyrighted content that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members, or users.

  2. Remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.

Please note that your use of zetsylook.com services is always subject to our Terms of Service, which incorporates this Copyright Dispute Policy. Any terms used in this Policy but not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you believe that material or content available on or through our Services infringes your copyright (or the copyright of someone you are authorized to act on behalf of), please send a written notice of copyright infringement containing the following information to our Designated Agent listed below:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.

  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including information sufficient for us to locate and verify its existence.

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and if available, email address.

  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon Receipt of Proper Infringement Notification

Upon receiving a valid notice of copyright infringement, we reserve the right to:

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material.

  • Notify the content provider accused of infringement about the removal or disabling of access.

  • Terminate access to our services for repeat infringers.

Procedure for Submitting a Counter-Notice

If a content provider believes that material removed (or access disabled) was mistakenly identified as infringing or that they have the right to use the material, they may send a counter-notice containing the following to our Designated Agent:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the content provider.

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.

  • A statement under good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

  • The content provider’s name, address, telephone number, and if available, email address, plus a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the court in the judicial district where the content provider resides (or, if outside the US, where Zetsylook is located), and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notification.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content in 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a legal action.
